A web project will involve some or all of the following elements: strategic thinking; consulting; technical development; creative/design input; usability and accessibility input; user and functionality testing; hands-on project management; and post project feedback session.

If appointed, we will assess which, and how much, of these skills are required. Then we will prepare a detailed project specification, breaking down exact costs, timings for each phase of the project and party responsibilities. Throughout, we will challenge and question why something is needed, so that we can put forward the most robust, effective and cost-conscious solution.
